So far, it does not look like it would turn into something really dark but to have it too happy wouldn't be fitting either. I really hope that the "boy meets girl" aspect of this will not be overplayed.

Then again, I'm not sure how the full story will turn out. Enjoyment wise, this is one of those short anime that really really stand out.
